These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the CoVœur service, available via WhatsApp and the website www.covoeur.com (hereinafter the "Service").
By using the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must stop using the Service immediately.

3. Service description
CoVœur is a virtual relationship support service powered by artificial intelligence. It offers:
- An individual assessment (Relational Profile) based on a self-assessment questionnaire
- A combined Couple Assessment (by inviting a partner)
- Optional WhatsApp conversation analysis (with explicit double consent)
- Personal growth programs and couple exercises
- Conversational support via WhatsApp
CoVœur is an informational and educational tool. It is not, under any circumstances, therapy, a psychological diagnosis, or medical/paramedical care.
4. Access to the service
Access to the Service is restricted to adults (18 or older). By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
The Service is accessible via WhatsApp. You must have an active WhatsApp account to use CoVœur.
5. Registration and account
Using CoVœur does not require creating a traditional account. Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your unique identifier on the Service.
You are responsible for keeping access to your WhatsApp account confidential and for any activity conducted from it.
6. User obligations
By using CoVœur, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in the self-assessment questionnaire
- Obtain your partner’s explicit prior consent before sharing any WhatsApp conversation for analysis
- Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Not attempt to bypass, hack, or alter the Service’s technical mechanisms
- Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Respect CoVœur’s intellectual property rights
7. Use of artificial intelligence
The analyses and reports produced by CoVœur are generated by artificial intelligence models (Microsoft Azure OpenAI, hosted within the European Union) based on the information you provide. These analyses are:
- Indicative: they reflect an algorithmic interpretation of your responses, not a clinical diagnosis
- Non-exhaustive: they only take into account the elements you have shared
- Not guaranteed: their relevance depends on the quality and sincerity of the information provided
The analyses produced are audited by a supervising psychologist: certain situations, automatically detected based on warning signals (level of conflict, expressed distress, relational asymmetry), are reviewed before delivery; others may be checked after the fact as part of ongoing quality control. This audit does not constitute an individual clinical validation of each report.
CoVœur is not a substitute for professional advice (psychologist, couples therapist, psychiatrist).
8. Service limitations and disclaimer
CoVœur is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health service under applicable regulations. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, domestic violence, or a crisis, please contact a healthcare professional or the appropriate emergency services.
CoVœur disclaims any liability for personal, relational, or other decisions made based on the analyses produced by the Service.
9. WhatsApp conversation analysis
If you choose to submit a WhatsApp conversation for analysis:
- Both partners’ consent is required before any processing
- The conversation is anonymized before analysis (first names, places, and other identifying elements are replaced with neutral identifiers)
- Raw data is not retained after analysis
- You warrant that you have obtained your partner’s explicit consent
10. Pricing and payment
Some features of the Service may be paid. The applicable pricing terms are communicated before any purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
11. Intellectual property
All Service content (generated reports, prompts, interface, texts, visuals, code, the CoVœur brand) is protected by intellectual property law and is the exclusive property of CoVœur.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, or exploitation, even partial, without CoVœur’s prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Reports generated for a user’s personal use may be kept and shared by that user privately, with no commercial use.
12. Personal data
The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and our Ethical Charter, available on the website. CoVœur is committed to processing your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
13. Availability and maintenance
CoVœur strives to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but cannot guarantee it. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. CoVœur cannot be held liable for the consequences of temporary Service unavailability.
14. Changes to the Terms
CoVœur reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, users will be informed via WhatsApp. Continuing to use the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
