By using the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must stop using the Service immediately.

Access to the Service is restricted to adults (18 or older). By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

The Service is accessible via WhatsApp. You must have an active WhatsApp account to use CoVœur.

Using CoVœur does not require creating a traditional account. Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your unique identifier on the Service.

You are responsible for keeping access to your WhatsApp account confidential and for any activity conducted from it.

The analyses and reports produced by CoVœur are generated by artificial intelligence models (Microsoft Azure OpenAI, hosted within the European Union) based on the information you provide. These analyses are:

The analyses produced are audited by a supervising psychologist: certain situations, automatically detected based on warning signals (level of conflict, expressed distress, relational asymmetry), are reviewed before delivery; others may be checked after the fact as part of ongoing quality control. This audit does not constitute an individual clinical validation of each report.

8. Service limitations and disclaimer

CoVœur is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health service under applicable regulations. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, domestic violence, or a crisis, please contact a healthcare professional or the appropriate emergency services.

CoVœur disclaims any liability for personal, relational, or other decisions made based on the analyses produced by the Service.

Some features of the Service may be paid. The applicable pricing terms are communicated before any purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Intellectual property

All Service content (generated reports, prompts, interface, texts, visuals, code, the CoVœur brand) is protected by intellectual property law and is the exclusive property of CoVœur.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, or exploitation, even partial, without CoVœur’s prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Reports generated for a user’s personal use may be kept and shared by that user privately, with no commercial use.

The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and our Ethical Charter, available on the website. CoVœur is committed to processing your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Availability and maintenance

CoVœur strives to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but cannot guarantee it. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. CoVœur cannot be held liable for the consequences of temporary Service unavailability.

14. Changes to the Terms

CoVœur reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, users will be informed via WhatsApp. Continuing to use the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
