How do the assessments work?

The individual assessment is a 16-question quiz about how you love and how you like to be loved—available directly on WhatsApp, no sign-up. You receive a detailed Relational Profile generated by AI and supervised by professionals.

The Couple Assessment starts with a few additional questions asked to each partner (how you met, dynamics, what works and what hurts), then combines both individual profiles into a cross-analysis: compatibility, structural tensions, relationship cycle, love languages. The number of questions varies depending on your relationship—lighter for new couples, more comprehensive for established or strained couples.

Optional: if both you and your partner consent, you can enrich the Couple Assessment with an analysis of your WhatsApp conversations. The conversation is anonymized in memory before processing, and the raw version isn't stored long-term.

How do I invite my partner for the Couple Assessment?

After completing your individual assessment, CoVœur will prompt you to invite your partner directly from WhatsApp. You'll receive a message to forward. Once you have both completed your individual profile and answered the few additional questions about your relationship, CoVœur automatically generates your combined Couple Assessment—and notifies you both.

Does my partner know what I tell CoVœur?

No, by default. Your individual assessment is personal and confidential: your partner has access to neither your answers nor your individual report.

Only the combined Couple Assessment—generated from both profiles separately—is shared between you. And only with both partners’ explicit consent.

Is CoVœur free?

The individual assessment is free. Some advanced features (combined Couple Assessment, WhatsApp conversation analysis, coaching programs) may be paid. Pricing is shown upfront before any commitment.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Your personal data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. WhatsApp conversations submitted for analysis are anonymized before processing (first names and numbers are replaced with neutral IDs) and deleted immediately afterward. We are GDPR-compliant, and consent is collected explicitly before any processing.

Unlike general-purpose chatbots (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), your interactions with CoVœur are not used to train third-party AI models.

Does CoVœur replace a therapist?

No. CoVœur is a personal support tool for informational and educational purposes—not a psychotherapy or medical advice service. It's designed as an informed first step to better know yourself, better understand your couple dynamics, and know where to turn.

For crises, intimate partner violence, or severe psychological distress, consult a mental health professional. CoVœur can help you prepare for those conversations—not replace them.

How is this different from ChatGPT or a general AI?

General AIs can give helpful advice—but they forget everything by the next conversation, only hear one side (yours), don't offer a structured assessment, and their answers change depending on how you word your question.

That's exactly how CoVœur was built: on advanced language models, configured and supervised by clinical psychologists. You don't have to play prompt engineer. CoVœur applies the right analytical frameworks (attachment, Gottman, love languages), in the right order, with memory of your situation—and delivers a usable report at the end.

Is it different from a typical self-help app?

Yes, in several key ways. Most apps analyze one person in isolation and offer generic content. CoVœur analyzes the couple as a system: two profiles, a cross-dynamic, tensions and compatibilities specific to your relationship.

Plus, CoVœur runs directly on WhatsApp—no app to download—and supports you proactively with reminders and daily follow-up.

How do I delete my data?

You can request deletion of your data at any time via our contact form. We process all requests within one month, in line with the GDPR.
