These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms of Sale") are entered into between NOproBS, a SASU with share capital of €1,000, RCS Paris 984 241 075, registered office in Paris, France (hereinafter "CoVœur") and any natural person of legal age making a purchase on the Service (hereinafter the "Buyer").

2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to any order placed by the Buyer with CoVœur, whether a subscription or a paid add-on (hereinafter the "Product"). They prevail over any other document, including the Buyer's general purchasing conditions.
By confirming an order, the Buyer unreservedly accepts these Terms of Sale and acknowledges having read the Terms of Use.
3. Products and services
CoVœur offers relational psychological support accessible via WhatsApp, structured around a personalized journey. The paid offerings are as follows:
Solo Plan
Includes access to the following features for one person:
- Emotional functioning diagnostic — a guided 3-day journey to identify your attachment style and relational dynamics
- Relational Profile — an in-depth individual report generated from a 15-question questionnaire, reviewed by a mental health professional
- Solo coaching programs — 21-day themed programs (emotion regulation, beliefs, relationship anxiety, etc.)
- Conversational coaching — open-ended chats with the CoVœur assistant via WhatsApp

Duo Plan
Includes everything in the Solo Plan, plus:
- Couple Assessment — cross-analysis of both partners’ relational dynamics, with a shared report and exercises, submitted for professional review
- Couple Pact — co-created document formalizing mutual commitments
- Duo coaching programs — themed programs designed for the two paired partners
The Duo Plan covers both partners: a single Duo subscription unlocks couple features for both. Both partners must be registered and paired on CoVœur.

One-off options (add-ons)
These options are available independently of any subscription. Each purchase credits one unit to the corresponding feature.

One-off options are final purchases, non-renewable. They enrich the existing Relational Profile and do not require an active subscription to be purchased.
4. Prices
Displayed prices are in euros, all taxes included. CoVœur reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Ordering and payment process
The order is placed directly from the CoVœur Service (via WhatsApp or the website www.covoeur.com) by clicking the corresponding payment link. Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform (Stripe, Inc.), by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other method offered by Stripe.
The order is definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment. The Buyer then receives a WhatsApp message confirming activation.
CoVœur does not store any payment data. Transactions are fully processed and secured by Stripe.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By confirming the order and starting to use the Service (receipt of the report or activation of access), the Buyer expressly acknowledges waiving the 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Refunds
Purchases made on CoVœur are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or by exceptional agreement from CoVœur granted within 48 hours following the purchase and before any use of the purchased service.
For any exceptional refund request, the Buyer must contact CoVœur via our contact form and provide their Stripe order number.
8. Service delivery
Subscriptions are activated immediately after payment confirmation. One-off options become available within minutes of confirmation. In case of technical difficulty, the Buyer may contact CoVœur via our contact form.
9. Subscription term and renewal
CoVœur subscriptions do not auto-renew. They are valid for the chosen duration (7, 30 or 365 days) from the activation date. Upon expiry, access to paid features is suspended. The Buyer must purchase a new subscription to continue using the Service.
10. Promotional codes
Promotional codes may be offered by CoVœur. These codes are strictly personal, non-transferable, valid once, and subject to the specific conditions provided when issued. CoVœur reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.
11. Liability
CoVœur undertakes to provide the Service as described. In the event of a proven technical impossibility (prolonged unavailability of the Service attributable to CoVœur), the Buyer may request a credit or a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
CoVœur cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
12. Personal data
As part of the order, CoVœur collects the data necessary for managing the commercial relationship (phone number, payment data processed by Stripe). This data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never transmitted to CoVœur.
13. Intellectual property
Content produced by CoVœur (reports, analyses, texts, programs) is protected by intellectual property law. The Buyer is granted a personal, non-commercial right to use the content delivered to them.
14. Changes to the Terms of Sale
CoVœur reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of the order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may also use consumer mediation. CoVœur subscribes to the following mediation service: Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP) — www.cmap.fr.
